The 1460 boots have been seen on everyone from rock stars to rappers. They remain an instantly recognizable status symbol. So if you’re in need of some new, fashionable, long-lasting boots, Dr. Martens are the way to go.

The Dr. Martens 1460 Women’s Smooth Leather Lace Up Boots are a great, fashionable addition to your wardrobe.

The boots are long lasting and their durability ensures you years of wear. Dr. Martens’ company uses real leather in the manufacture and production of their shoes, boots, and footwear. It is primarily bovine leather that is sourced and used. In some styles, Doc Martens offers vegan leather options, which are made from synthetic materials, often plastic. The easy-wearing boot breaks in beautifully, with the leather getting softer and achieving that coveted distressed effect the more you wear it.

The 1460 leather boot is one of the most iconic silhouettes in Dr. Martens arsenal.

Doc Martens come in white, cherry red, and purple, but the black leather is classy and goes well with just about anything. Its recognizable DNA looks like this: 8 eyes, classic Dr. Martens Smooth leather, grooved sides, yellow stitching, and a comfortable, air-cushioned sole. A staple in your closet.

Compared to some Amazon dupes I had bought way before my Docs, I can say that the quality of the boot is not nearly as good as Dr. Marten boots. The Amazon dupes were a lot more affordable, they were pretty uncomfortable and poorly made. They were a cheap material compared to the Docs and only came in one color.

Although their original price of $150 can seem high, these boots are worth every penny. They’re definitely some of the best quality lace up boots I’ve worn. A new, classic addition to your closet, Dr. Martens 1460 Women’s Smooth Leather Lace Up Boots are some of the best out there.
